AERIAL ACROBATICS from 15 years old

Fly with us on the trapeze, aerial hoop, silks or aerial hammock. Learn to perform eye-catching tricks and enjoy your progress. We work on building muscle and increasing mobility. We push mental boundaries and build endurance.

Beginner Aerial Acrobatics

Aerial Acrobatics classes are designed for people who are interested in learning the basics of various aerial disciplines. Each lesson consists of two parts, the first is a warm-up and conditioning exercise, aimed at warming up, firming up and making the muscles flexible. The second phase is training on the apparatus, where students learn the basic skills, practice poses and dynamic elements, and later link them and build choreographies.

Intermediate Aerial acrobatics

Are you not yet confident enough in your skills to sign up for advanced level? Then you can sign up for the intermediate course. You're moderately advanced if you've already done a basic course, can climb, and maybe even know a trick.

Advanced Aerial acrobatics

This course is for those who already have previous experience with aerial acrobatics and have mastered the basics. We will cover acrobatics on the scarf, aerial hoop, trapeze and aerial hammock. We will learn more advanced tricks and choreographies, improvise, and work in pairs.

The class is preceded by a warm-up where we will work on warming up, strengthening our muscles, increasing the flexibility of our bodies and getting in good physical shape.
