THE ART OF FIRE from 15 years old

Learn how to perform eye-catching tricks with fire poi, staff or clubs with us. The fire course is suitable for anyone, regardless of experience or fitness level, who is interested in learning different tricks and pushing their boundaries.

During the course we will learn techniques with training tools - poi, sticks and more and gradually work our way through the theory of safety and preparation when working with fire. During the last few hours of the course, we will also try fire dancing.

The courses start with a warm-up where we get our arms and body moving, and train our observation and motor skills. We improve neuromuscular coordination and fine motor skills. We work on reflexes, precision and insight. We drill our patience and motivation to constantly improve. We look for new ways to move and use our bodies.
